This piece has been in a single family for 3 generations non-smoking/ pet free (2 most recent generations). Condition is good commensurate with age which we estimate approx 100 years (early 1900s). The length is 81; armrest to floor 26; armrest to back depth 21; from highest point of crest to floor is 38. The upholstery has a very faint spot as shown.
