Original Custom Curved MILO BAUGHMAN SOFA for Thayer Coggin. Recently re-upholstered re-gutted, firm foam cushions all new filling, curved sofa in a neutral wool fabric. Sofa is low, and the two ends separate to form a love seat or even allow to put a low table. This was custom made. The sofa is made by three sectionals and can be configured in different ways adapting to large or small spaces. It is approximately 150″ straight from outer corner to outer corner and approximately 105″ straight from inner corner to inner corner arm rest when the entire sofa is lined up and put together. Each modular ends measure approx. 30″ wide x 34″ deep. Depth 34 of all seats approx. Height of the seat cushion 18. Height of back of sofa 26. Offered for sale is an American Empire Mahogany Sofa. The only way to describe this it, is gorgeous. Solid and sturdy it is ready to become a cherished part of any home. This is a heavy sofa having springs in the seat. The feathered or flamed mahogany is as pretty as you will find. In my opinion there are no apologies, with the exception of a few dings from normal use. This sofa has been loved and cared for over the years. The fabric is a vintage replacement in great conditionno holes or rips, there is some discoloration on the back, but no deal breakers. 17 inches seat to floor. There are a few small chips on the veneer accents, this is no detracting or unexpected. Covered in a dark teal(very Victorian) the fabric in excellent condition, there are a couple of spots that you need to look hard to see. I realize the sofa looks blue in the photos, it is not blue. Proud to present a new arrival in our warehouse: an antique sofa /settee/couch made around the 50′s. The handmade frame of beech wood has been re-gild with gold leaf recently. The sofa has recently been re-upholstered with velvet in royal blue color. A beautiful rustique combination that is very sturdy and sits very relaxed. Can be used every day.
