Up for sale is an incredible mid century moderm sectional sofa. It has a classic L frame, and can be used as a sectional, or an individual sofa and loveseat. The sofa section is approximately 8 feet long, and the loveseat section is approximately 6 feet long. The cloth upholstery is a brownish tan / burnt orange. The material has some moderate pilling. I would not say it needs to be reupholstered, but is not brand new. From all sides, it is in very nice shape, and very presentable. It has 4 inch angled wooden legs. It came from a smoke free and pet free estate. It is a great example of mid century style, and is absolutely stunning in person!
This is an original 1980′s Milo Baughman sectional. It was reupholstered 2 years ago and tags never made it back onto the decking. They may be stapled inside the frame. Originally the sofa was in a brown chenille. I had 3 inches added to the base to raise it to a seat height of 18. It can easily be taken back to its original height. There are 5 yards of the new fabric I will throw in with the sofa. This 825 series is 14′ wide and about 9′ deep. It is a large sectional.

I have for sale 3 antique Empire pieces of furniture, there is a love seat, chair and rocker. These have been reupholstered bu my father app. 20 years ago and have been in our home ever since, but have not ever been set on, just covered with a sheet. The wood I think is still in its original cond. Very nice, no rot, all 3 pieces seem to be very sturdy. The love seat measures 55″ x 37″ high at the back and 23″ is the seat, the chair and rocker are 29″ wide and 23″ is the seat, 37 ” tall to the back of each of them.
