This circa 1950′s French. Provincial style sofa features. A frame made of solid, finished walnut and pink upholstery. The sofa comes with the soft pillows shown in the pictures, and also. Features a shaped back, comfortable cushioned seats, and six molded cabriole legs. The medium-toned walnut carved frames and wrap around arms , as well as the soft pink tone fabric, is an excellent example of mid 20th century style and quality construction. Quite rare 4-seat Mason Monterey sofa with original high quality vented reddish maroon vinyl leather upholstery by Bowden of Pacific Beach, CA. Scalloped back, conforming to the four individual seats. Hand painted design on upper sides. Upholstery in remarkable condition with no tears or holes. It measures 100 inches, 32 inches high and 36 inches deep. Darkly patinated hammered upholstery tacks. Some roughness to upholstery on lower back edge by floor. Other wood shows some typical joining discoloration and separations. Two small nail holes to support bracket of one arm rest. Somewhat mildew-y odor to the cushions. Very heavy and substantial piece. Estate fresh with one family ownership. In my opinion good overall condition commensurate with age and use. Offered for sale is a Victorian settee sofa circa 1870. Made of solid walnut with burl accents, this is a very pretty sofa. There are a few small chips on the veneer accents, this is no detracting or unexpected. Covered in a dark teal(very Victorian) the fabric in excellent condition, there are a couple of spots that you need to look hard to see. I realize the sofa looks blue in the photos, it is not blue. Measurements: 45.5 inches tall 67 inches long 25 inches deep 15 inches seat to floor 45 lbs. This list of shippers will be listed below the description.
