Reupholstered in authentic Ultra Suede in early 2000′s. The sofa has been used extremely seldom until the last couple of years, it has never been in a main living room. In it’s last move they damaged the fabric with stains / dirt somehow. There is no damage except for the dirty fabric. It had no stains before this and the ultra suede has never been cleaned. I have the instructions and products to clean it with (but is to detailed a task for me). It appears to have no visible wear. This is priced well below market.
