NOTE: This is a local pick-up only. This hard to find love seat – Milo Baughman style by Selig Monroe – from the estate of the original owner. This piece sat in her den for over 50 years. This is a quintessential 1960′s piece in avocado stripes – original tag is present. It appears to have been rarely used. The piece measures 58″ wide; 34″ deep; and 29 tall.
