Gorgeous Settee in Good Vintage Condition. The Frame is Solid and Firm. But the Fabric has some issues. The front left backrest has a large whole in the fabric. Second there is some fading also on the left side of the Settee. And finally the back has pet stains along the bottom edge of the fabric. You may consider re-upholstering the entire Settee. Or getting it cleaned and repaired. Overall a Gorgeous Settee! Measurements: 42″H x 79″ x 27″ Seat Height 18″. Please keep in mind that this is a Vintage Piece and has its normal signs of wear.
