Chesterfield Brown Leather Two Seat Sofa Coil Sprung Feather Filled Cushions 2

There are around 50-100 high definition super-sized pictures at the bottom of the page. This sofa is a rare model, its fully sprung on the front panel which sits behind your legs, this panel is usually a solid piece of timber and can be quite stiff when you sit down, on this its as mentioned sprung. What this means is this sofa is actually very comfortable, especially when you add feather filled cushions on top, most normal Chesterfields are really quite a stiff affair, not this little diamond. The sofa has been lightly restored to include a deep clean hand condition wax and polish, the finish is period correct and looks lovely. It can be fully restored to include having the dark brown stripped out then hand dyed a rich warm cigar brown colour with vintage shading all over, for a price please ask. Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask. Quality sofa, upholstered in premium extra thick, luxury silky sofa black leather. Hand antique nail studded in place, the seat cushion is one long piece and fixed to the sofa, it has a premium fibre foam core which is exceptionally comfortable and retains its shape perfectly. The frame is solid flamed mahogany and has a glorious timber patina. The seat base platform as with all George Smith sofas is coil sprung. George Smith make some of the finest hand made in Chelsea London sofas, these were used for display only and never for daily use, each one looks to be in exactly that condition, display only, they may have the odd little mark from transport and storage. This sofa is just about as luxurious as you could ever hope to find, it is the softest grey velvet I have ever touched, its like stroking pure furry silk. The side panels are all chromed with the base section of the right arm engraved FENDI, the fabric under the cushions and on the seat base all says FENDI in a X pattern. The sofa is so sooo comfortable, you never want to get out of it, its easily large enough for you to snuggle up with your legs beside you. We have lightly cleaned it, there are some light marks from honest use here and there, some on the seat cushions etc, they are very small and have been reflected in the price. Depth:- 107cm back to front frame only plus 2cm for cushion over hang.
