The wood is fine, would need refurbished since it has not been done since about 1967, and obviously, it needs reupholstered, but other than that, it is in awesome vintage condition. This has been nicknamed “the insomnia curing couch” because it is VERY difficult to sit on it without falling into a deep sleep! I have the matching armchair as well if you would like the set. It is a very heavy piece with all the wood trim so bring plenty of help! Length: about 77 1/2, measuring from arm-to-arm in the center of the arm. Seat: about 21 from front-to-back.
