Hickory Chair Historic James River Plantation Collection Rococo Settee. Elegant Rococo style settee by Hickory Chair. Part of their “Historic James River Plantation” line, this diminutive settee has a great amount of presence, and is a comfortable sit besides. Carved mahogany cabriole style legs across the front, and the fronts of the arms feature beautifully shaped wood as well. The fabric is a strong pink damask. Maker and retailer’s labels both on the deck under the cushion. The cushion has four loops and rings to hold it in place. In exceptional condition – the frame is structurally perfect, solid and secure. The finish is excellent as well – a minor vacuum cleaner ding to the front center leg, too small to photograph, but otherwise mint. The fabric is clean and shows no wear. There is overall light/moderate fading – noticeable only when the cushion is flipped. The color is even throughout. We’ve included to images to show both sides, so that you can judge for yourself. No smoking, no pet home. Dimensions: 52.5 wide when measured at the outside of the arms. It is 29″ deep and 34.5″ tall. The arms are 28 tall.
