Please get quotes from Uship. Measurements and ZIP Code are in the description. Beautiful antique Victorian Eastlake Empire sofa settee. The tapestry fabric is in excellent condition. This piece is in excellent condition! It is but in Tufted on the inside of the arms and all the back pieces beautifully! There is just a tiny piece of wood missing behind the right arm as shown in the photo but it’s not noticeable or takes away from the piece at all. There are wheels on the front legs. The back feet are a darker toned wood and it’s beautifully upholstered in the back also. 36″ inches tall x 63″ inches long x 30 inches deep. Weighs approx 100 lbs. It is so beautiful and it has parrots carved into the front of the arms and this is very old and definitely Victorian era. The gimp has beautiful fringe to it which is very unusual :. Up for sale is an absolutely fantastic oak loveseat that came out of a passenger waiting room in a train station. The piece has an ornate carved claw foot and the original tufted black leather back. The owner told us that her Father worked for the railroad for over 40 years and this loveseat came out of a waiting room in one of the stations. She was unsure of any more of its history then that. The piece will need to be reupholstered because the leather on the back is cracking (the seat was reupholstered somewhere in its history with black vinyl) and the springs need to be checked (sits low on one end). Unbelievable piece that we are parting with only because it does not fit in our new home (we had planned to reupholster it)! The loveseat is 37 inches tall by 60 inches long by 27 inches deep.
