ANTIQUE Victorian EMPIRE MAHOGANY SOFA ORNATE CARVINGS. Fabulous ANTIQUE Empire Mahogany Sofa. A beautifully carved frame – this stunner is finished/upholstered on all four sides in an Cream colored fabric. Fabric in overall very good condition, clean. This beauty measures Measuring roughly 84″ Inches long by 24″ Inches deep and standing 38 Inches tall at the height of the back crestrail. The seat height is roughly 18 Inches. Beautiful + Vintage + Super Ornate hand Carved Mahogany Sofa and 2 arm chair Parlor set of remarkable quality throughout! The Sofa Measures 89.0″ long by 36″ deep at curve of armrest on each side and get less deep to 33.0″ and seat depth is 26.0″ deep with a seat height of 19.0″ The total height is 48.0″ tall at cent backrest. Each Armrest chair measures 39.0″ wide by 31.0″ deep with a height at center backrest of 48.0 tall. A work of art in wood + Museum Quality Wood carvings! Condition report: Being offered with the understanding that this is a vintage set that may show signs of age and wear: The Matching sofa and two arm chairs are solid + Strong + Sturdy and Cushion are in Good condition + sofa and arm chairs were used in quest room / mother in law suite in which there was occasional smoking and slight smell of smoke + Ornate Fabric may need cleaning and wood carvings polishing + May have scuff and polish marks on life side of carving hairline through carving (please see photos) One Arm Chair has a cigarette hole on side of arm rest and a blue ink stain under seat cushion. Gorgeous Settee in Good Vintage Condition. The Frame is Solid and Firm. But the Fabric has some issues. The front left backrest has a large whole in the fabric. Second there is some fading also on the left side of the Settee. And finally the back has pet stains along the bottom edge of the fabric. You may consider re-upholstering the entire Settee. Or getting it cleaned and repaired. Overall a Gorgeous Settee! Measurements: 42″H x 79″ x 27″ Seat Height 18″. Please keep in mind that this is a Vintage Piece and has its normal signs of wear.
