From a New York City estate of dreams we have a pleasure to offer you this Gorgeous PAIR of Vintage. 20th Century Upholstered SOFA Couch Loveseats. They are American made, gorgeous. Sofas, each with a large single pillows (2 seats). Uality fabric, color is pinkish red, with gold ruffled bordered (edge) pillow, an exciting tones full of life. They shows abundance of quality, the condition is good, fabric is in good condition minor age use wear. There are three carved straight legs visible on the front. The upholstery is lightly used and clean. Ize of each love seat is 69″ wide, 32″ tall back rest, 36″ deep, and seat is ” high off the ground. Gorgeous vintage mid-century modern turquoise Lawson style 4 cushion sofa attributed to Milo Baughman for James Inc. Comprised of four loose zippered seat cushions, six tapered walnut legs, and turquoise hopsacking fabric with back button detail. This piece has been attributed based upon archived research including online sources, vintage documentation and catalogs, designer literature, and other materials. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The sofa deck has new fabric plus a new dust cover. It also has its original arm covers. We repaired a button with fabric found on bottom. It has been professionally shampooed. The foam in the cushions is soft, however it could use some more padding and new zippers. This is a gorgeous vintage mid-century modern Lawson style four cushion sofa Attributed to Milo Baughman for James Inc. It wears its original hopsacking fabric which is comprised of lovely turquoise and green threads that create a gorgeous dark turquoise hue. It’s a phenomenal color with back button details!! It has four loose seat cushions with soft foam, but they could benefit from a bit more padding which would be easily achieved as they have zippers. And the four-cushion feature gives it an extra-long width, so a taller person can stretch out nicely. This marvelous blue beauty stands on six rounded walnut tapered legs and is ready to make a statement in your home with its mid-century modern magnificence! It is going to be stunning in your living room or wonderful flanking the fireplace in the family room. Milo Baughman, a 20th Century genius of design, was born in Western Kansas in 1923 but was moved a year later by his family to Long Beach, California. He created Milo Baughman Design Inc. In 1947 and began designing interiors and furniture. One of the most remarkable partnerships in the mid-century modern to modern design world was the phenomenal furniture making duo of Milo Baughman and Thayer Coggin. During Milo Baughman’s career and before his death in 2003. He did design for several other iconic companies as well as his own such as James Inc. Vintage Kroehler Atomic Sectional Sofa. This Mid-Century Modern sectional Sofa was built to last, the construction is very solid – very good bones. Left and Right sides measure 50″ in length x 36″ deep. Center measures 80″ around the back and 36″ deep on each side. The upholstery is original, its faded in spots and in fair shape. The color is a dusty rose and yes, its scratchy (you have to love the old fabrics of that period). The foam in the seat cushions absolutely need replacing. A very nice mid-century sofa from Lane’s highly sought-after “Tuxedo” line still retaining a wonderful early woven tween upholstery, it features sleek square lines with the two sections of cushions situated over a solid walnut frame and angular tapered legs. It is incredibly comfortable and solid, built to last the test of time for decades to come. We may still have available in our inventory the pair of matching end tables with their iconic bowtie steel hardware. Measurements: 92″ W x 30 3/8″ H x 18″ H to seat x 33″ D. Condition Report: Upholstery is early and probably original with some light fading from sun exposure – this is a bit more notable on the back, where there is a faint outline where neck throws were likely in place at some point. Offered is a quality mid 20th century upholstered LOVESEAT Sofa. It is American made, curved style sofa. Four legs total, two large spindle style legs in the front with bronze / brass castor wheels, and two slightly curved legs in the back (no wheels). The upholstery is well used, but clean without tears / rips, a quality fabric. Color is subtle greenish yellow, a kind of an. Seat and back in two different patterns (please see the photos). There is no extra pillows accompanying this baby. It shows the quality, the condition of the frame of the settee is very good, legs shows faux (deliberately done) wear, while fabric is in very good condition, no rips or tears. Size is 62″ wide, 35″ tall back rest, 39″ deep, and seat is 19.5″ high off the ground. This is a stylish piece that would soften any space, and add to it’s beauty! Four-Seater Sofa from 1960s – Midcentury Scandinavian Design. This black leather and rosewood sofa was designed by Knut Saeter for Vatne Mobler of Norway (often misattributed to Hans Olsen). A matching lounge chair is available in my other listing. Overall, the condition is good. No major damages to report. Please examine the photos. The leather and rosewood are all original and unrestored. Original down fillings have been replaced with new foam several years ago. The rosewood is in very good condition with some minor scratches and dents. No cracks or major damage. Structurally, the frame feels solid. The leather covers for the SEAT cushions are showing some fine cracks, and there are liquid stains in a few places. The leather covers for the BACK cushions are still in very good condition. The seat springs need to be tightened or replaced. The sofa measures 88 inches total length, with the seating area being 79 inches long. The back is 28.5 inches tall and the depth is 30 inches.
