Pristine Mint Condition Mid Century Modern Sofa; Edward Wormley Dunbar Style, Milo Baughman? Its in as close to PERFECT condition as you will find for a sofa this age. It was covered for most of its life. ALMOST like new condition. The upholstery is a bright LIME GREEN, even though it looks more of an avocado green in the photos taken inside. Tons of photos not posted, if youd like to see them just ask and Ill send. There are practically no condition issues with the upholstery other than some slight fading on the right arm where the arm rest cover was. If its on the left arm too, I cant see it. I still have the armrest covers if youd like to use them. No rips, tears, snags, wear, thin spots, stains or odors. Its close to perfect! It looks nearly as good today as the day it hit the show room floor, a true time capsule piece. Besides the fading the only other condition issue with the sofa is that the seat cushion foam is crunchy as will need to be replaced. This is a sign the sofa was rarely sat on. The back cushions are nice and soft. You wont find nicer original upholstery. Its not wet under the seats, I believe this is from when the original owners scotchgarded the sofa and it bled. On 6 castors that roll nice and smooth. No makers marks or tags are present. However this couch was in the same room as a pair of Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin Lounge Chairs. Looks very similar to some Wormley designs Ive seen as well. This is a great looking, low profile, deep sofa with clean modern lines. It measures 90 in length, 34.5 deep, 19.5 to the top of the armrest, and 25.5 to the top of the backrest. Please ask any questions you may have. I highly recommend Uship.
