Extremely Rare Vintage Spanish Revival / Hollywood Regency Gold Tufted Velvet Loveseat Sofa. It is in very good condition given it’s age. PLEASE SEE THE 2ND PHOTO FOR DETAILED MEASUREMENTS. The seat cushion photographed darker than it actually is in some of the photos. It’s missing one button on the seat cushion, but there are more buttons on the bottom side of the cushion that you could use if you wanted to replace it. There are some light scratches on the wood in a few places that are shown up close in the photos. There are some very small areas of discoloration that are not noticable from a distance that are from normal wear throughout the years. We got this sofa chair set from the original owner who is 88 years old and said it was hardly ever used in a formal living room since the 1960′s. It was in one of the cleanest homes I’ve ever seen and there was hardly any sunlight coming in so there are no fading issues! This was made by Union Bros Baltimore which went out of business in 1972. The upholstery is spotless with no obvious signs of wear. Cushion foam still seems good, very firm. Measures 84″ long, 32″ deep, 31″ to the back, chair is 27″ across From a non-smoking home – no pets either – no odors. Curiosity Consignment: 7860 Beechcraft Ave, Gaithersburg MD 20879.
