Beautiful paw foot sofa, it is made of solid mahogany, with Eagle head carvings at each end of the crest rail. Carved scrolling arms lead to carved cornucopias and paw feetpaw feet are on front and back. A quality made sofa its is elegant and rich looking. It is solid and in great age appropriate condition. The red and gold fabric has no rips or holes. Please look closely at all photos for best assessment of condition. The crest rail has a little movement to it but the sofa itself is sturdy.
