Powder Blue Lawson Style Four Cushion Sofa Vintage Mid Century Modern. Slender and simple Lawson style four cushion sofa in powder or Wedgwood blue upholstery. This vintage sofa is circa 1960s and in wonderful condition. The seat cushions are foam with feather/down wrap and the back pillows are all feather/down. The fabric isnt worn but could use a shampoo. You cant go wrong with this extra-long sofa no matter your décor. Its simple lines blend with and complement everything from mid-century modern to traditional and it is oh so comfortable. We are calling it Lawson style with its arms which drop down slightly from the back height unlike the tuxedo style sofa where the back and arms are at the same height. Comprised of four foam and feather/down wrapped seat cushions and three all feather/down back pillows. These seat and back cushions have zippered covers making them easily refilled and fluffed if desired; however, in my opinion, it isnt needed. This handsome sofa has five square tapered legs. One of the greatest assets of a sofa of this style is its smaller stature, even with its longer length, which lends itself so well to vintage homes and our smaller living spaces these days.
