115″ long 115″ wide 29 tall. Brand new, hand made in England. Amazing distressed black leather. Comes apart in 3 sections. Made in the traditional Chesterfield style, this English black leather corner sofa will impress all your guests with its timeless style and comfort. From its sturdy construction to its superb leather quality, everything about this newly made piece speaks to the care and skill that went into its creation. The Chesterfield style has been around for over 200 years and are the epitome of distinguished style. The official definition of a Chesterfield is a deep, buttoned sofa where the arms and back are the same height. This particular piece has a very firm seat and back rest. It comes in three pieces which attach to each other via metal brackets on the sides. Sturdy mahogany bun feet give it a little height and go perfectly with the look. Its construction is quite sturdy with a solid hardwood frame and eight way hand tied strings. Its built to last you for generations as you come to expect from a piece hand made in England! Obviously the most important feature of any sofa is its leather. This piece was made with a high end, black leather made to have the crackles and distressing of very old leather but with the durability of new. Two piece couch; Both pieces were professionally re-stored about 5 years ago. The strong/tight, textured fabric was preserved – it is original to this set. The rounded piece is about 66″ long, the square one is about 56″ wide or long. The height in the back is about 27/28″, the depth is about 32″; Seat height is around 15; The Heywood Wakefield corner table is included. Might be champagne color, without any chips or crack and very well preserved. The coffee table is not included. Beautifully maintained and/or restored with bottom dust covers. The backs are fabric covered and therefore it will allow free placement. Naturally – it can be placed as one long couch. In beautiful condition with minor snags only and we found one flaw (brown spot) in the fabric (see last two pictures). After all these are vintage pieces – overall in great condition.
