Magnificent John Henry Belter “Rosalie” pattern Victorian Rococo Revival Laminated Rosewood seven piece parlor set consisting of a Sofa and Settee, Arm Chair, and four Side Chairs. All pieces each with finely detailed carvings consisting of arched floral and grape carved crests, serpentine seat rails, shaped and carved arms, cabriole legs and original casters. All pieces have been professionally restored and upholstered in a light blue with gold accent damask. Note: The Rosaliepattern furniture is one of Belters most popular designs. It derives its name from the large suite of furniture situated in the parlor at Rosalie Mansion, Natchez, MS. Sofa: Height 42 ¾ inches, 82 inches long, and depth 33 inches. Height 38 inches, 63 inches long, and depth 24 inches. ArmChair: Height 43 inches, width 23 inches, and depth 30 inches. SideChairs: Height 36 ½ inches, width 18 inches, and depth 23 inches.
