Hailing from the great Midwest, this three piece suite never fails to impress. A settee, armchair, and rocker comprise this extremely unique group of historical furnishing. There is evidence of re-upholstery done in 1985. There is a 3×5 Card on the underside of the Settee listing the componentry and the prices for each. Pieces are cracked in some places. All pieces are structurally sound. Are assumed to be from somewhere between Rochester, MN and Chicago, IL. Have not found another instance of this particular set, which leads us to believe that this set was Custom-Made for an individual of high esteem. Local Pick-up is always an option. We are unable to deliver said pieces. If you have further questions or require photos of specific areas, please let us know and we will be happy to oblige.
