Original parlor sofa from The Howey Mansion in Howey in the hills Florida. Owned by William Howey and monogramed WH. This sofa was part of the display in the Parlor Room in the mansion. During a wedding party they sat on it for pictures and did crack in the places in the pics I provided as shown. The sofa was found by me in outgoing disposal. I called and the curator did confirm that it is indeed all original and was owned by William Howey founder of the town Howey in the Hills located in Florida. In need of minor repairs can be lifted sure someone with some skill would love to have this one of a kind sofa. See pics for condition please. This was angrily put to disposal but was meant to be fixed.

This stunning antique French carved wood loveseat settee has gorgeous lines, detailed carving on arms and three front legs, and is upholstered in a high-quality, silk-cotton blend ivory tone-on-tone striped fabric recently reupholstered-clean and gorgeous-no reupholstery required! The loveseat settee is structurally sound and aesthetically in superb antique condition, with only a few age-appropriate nicks/scratches on the wood frame and one partial crack on right side of front center leg that does not cause the leg to move or affect the leg’s structural integrity (see photos)-ready to be used. The settee has a comfortable down seat cushion, with hooks on the left and right sides to secure it in place to matching hooks on the interior of the settee frame. The settee dates to the early 1900s. In spectacular antique condition, the loveseat settee is from a smoke- and child-free home and has been located in a guest bedroom, so it got very little use. There is a dog present on the first floor of the house, but the settee (under my ownership) has been in a second floor guest bedroom and has not been in contact with the dog. Measurements of the settee are as follows. Length: 53 inches approximately. Depth overall: 32 inches front to back approximately. Depth of seat: 22 inches.
