VINTAGE 1970′S MCM 3 PIECE LIVING ROOM SET IN MILO BAUGHMAN TUXEDO PLATFORM STYLE. SET INCLUDES A SOFA, LOVESEAT & CHAIR. Fabric is a Dark Brown Velvet with Fun and Funky floral designs in gold, rust, beige and silver accents. These pieces are perfect for your living space. How rare to have a matching 3 piece set. They are relatively light yet very sturdy. Great vintage condition with very little wear. No rips, holes, stains or unpleasant odors. OUTSTANDING ANTIQUE CLASSICAL FEDERAL SALEM SOFA W/ FINE FABRIC, MCINTIRE CARVED CIRCA 1810. Attributed carvings to Samuel Field McIntire. It is a separate listing. Size: 78″ wide x 35.5″ high x 21 deep to the front side of the back. Pattern: Carved basket in the Salem style. This is a fabulous piece of furniture. Very good condition with very fine ready to go fabric and accent pillows. Wood surface shows some wear, small nicks, and wear that is typical for a piece that is 200 years old. Extremely Rare Vintage Spanish Revival / Hollywood Regency Gold Tufted Velvet Loveseat Sofa. It is in very good condition given it’s age. PLEASE SEE THE 2ND PHOTO FOR DETAILED MEASUREMENTS. The seat cushion photographed darker than it actually is in some of the photos. It’s missing one button on the seat cushion, but there are more buttons on the bottom side of the cushion that you could use if you wanted to replace it. There are some light scratches on the wood in a few places that are shown up close in the photos. There are some very small areas of discoloration that are not noticable from a distance that are from normal wear throughout the years.
