Condition is excellent “Used”… This is the finest piece of Victorian furniture you’ll find. Beutifully hand carved rosewood frame. The frame was acquired at a fine antique dealer in Omaha, NE in the early 1990s and professionally restored in Omaha by a true craftsman using period materials (springs, horsehair, strapping)… The stunning light blue “materiale broccato” was obtained during a trip to Florance, Italy. The button tufting is a pure work of art… Skills developed over a long career as a very specialized upholsterer. Great piece in all original condition… Seat is firm, frame is solid and upholstery is like new… No stains, smoke free home.
