Antique Eastlake Style Setee/love Seat

Up for sale is a nicely carved Antique Eastlake style setee. It measures 54″ wide x 39″ high x 21″ seat and 25″ from top of back to front with a 16 high seat with upholstery. The upholstery is in great shape and is beige and green with a different pattern material on the back. That is the way it was when I bought it from an antique dealer. They told me it was from the late 1800′s. It does have many lovely wood carvings of leaves on the back and arms and wooden casters. Measures 37 inches depth, 26.5 inches height, 90 inches length. Seat height is about 16.5 inches, seat depth about 20 inches. Condition: the white upholstery is not worn but it is soiled in many places and I’m not sure if these stains will come out or not. At first glance it looks fine but when you begin to scrutinize I see that there are stains.
