This is an Antique Limbert Drop Arm Settle from the early 1900′s. This is a great looking settle that is in excellent condition. The settle has the original finish and is marked with a Limbert Brand. (See Pictures) The settle is double pinned on the bottom and also pinned on the backrest part. Both arms have a through tenon and pinned construction. The seats are three separate cushions and were recovered with a top quality black hand-rubbed leather filled with cotton and hair. (Not Cheap Foam) We use a very high-quality leather and if you compare our seats to the other dealers you will see the difference. We try and make the furniture as time period correct as we can and also we make the seats very comfortable. This settle is sturdy and strong and is ready to be used in your home or business. Once we know where you are located we can get you an exact cost. A very large four piece sectional sofa designed by Vladimir Kagan. The Sofa is in good vintage condition with wear to the upholstery. There are some cat scratches and tear on the back and corners. This would be best reupholstered. Foam and springs are in very good shape. The frame is solid and very heavy. This modular sofa can be displaced as one piece or separate sofas. There are four pieces all together and two pieces have the same measurement. Below are the dimensions of one and two. Length 77″ Deep 34 3/4″ (2). Piece #2 length 78 1/2″ Deep 34 3/4″ (2). This is a Lovely Victorian loveseat sofa or. That is crafted from solid walnut with elegant dark brown finish, Circa 1860s. The sofa is masterfully hand carved with a three dimensional grapevine details and finely tailored upholstery. This comfortable loveseat features a faded rose colored brushed velvet or soft touched chenille fabric upholstery on seat and back and generously applied nailhead trim. The button tufted back, elegant scrolled details, and classical wingback design. Solid walnut wood frame. Brushed velvet fabric or soft touch chenille. Measurements: Outside Arm to outside Arm Approximately 62 WIDE, Inside Arms approximately 45 WIDE. Height from floor: 37. Height from seat: 25 ½. Depth from the outside: 32. Depth from the inside of the cushion to the back of the loveseat: 23. Item is in good condition with some surface damage on the wood but it has been fixed (last Photo) and veneer loss and scuffs on the lower legs. Some stuffing is visible on the back part as shown on the photos. Shows wear on the bottom. This couch needs to be cleaned. A fine and rare black leather couch, attributed to Italian designer Tobia Scarpa by Leslie Hindman auctioneers of Chicago. It is comfortable to sit on, and certainly looks striking. Made around 1975 I think. Dimensions approx 7′ long by 30 tall x 3′ deep. It is in good condition, no rips, tears or stains. Slight wear commensurate with age. My Danish friend Fifi is just there to show scale. She does not come with the couch!
