This piece has great design from a bygone era & lovely decorative wood detail. Would make a lovely transitional piece or fit into a classic Victorian decor. It has never been offered for sale before as it has been in a single family for three generations. The condition is quite good and commensurate with the age which we estimate to be early 1900′s, possibly earlier. The length is 81″, from the armrest to floor is 26″ armrest to back (depth) 21″ & from the highest point of the Crest to the floor is 38″. The Upholstery has one spot as pictured.
