Vladimir Kagan Cloud Sofa with rounded back. This sofa was likely produced by Weiman Premier in the late 1980s or into the 1990s. One of Vladimir Kagans most commonly sought after designs. Rarely used for entertaining. In great condition – structural and in general. The stainless steel legs hold tight to the sofa and are in near perfect condition. The fabric has very very light signs of use – if you choose to keep it original and purple. The foam is in great shape with no warping. Seat height 16 in. Seat length 85 in. Seat depth 28 in. Amazing pair of iconic sofas by Vladimir Kagan for Weiman. Beautiful serpentine/cloud shape, each sofa is raised on a single lucite leg. Two toned fabric upholstery- velvet/suede like gold swirls atop a dark woven fabric. Rimming the tops of each sofa is black velvet/suede like fabric- really gorgeous. Upholstery in very good/excellent condition. Original tag still on one of the sofas. These sofas are also extremely comfortable. This piece is in excellent condition, the upholstery is a higher end cream color with darker speckles, almost like a restrained leopard color. The fabric is very soft and comfortable with only a couple areas of mild discoloration, please look at pictures for details. Chrome base is in excellent condition, this sofa spent its entire existence in a barely-used fancy living room. Please let me know if you have any questions.
