We have deep cleaned it from top to bottom, there is very little if anything in terms of signs of use, I can see a tiny amount of wear on one patch of piping, otherwise its sublime. The sofa splits into four easy to transport pieces as listed below. Height:- 61cm frame only, 74cm to the top of the cushion. Seat height:- 41cm. Width:- 162.5cm.
