This couch was moved into the home with thoughtfulness and care, so it is close to factory fresh. The only sign of any wear is on the left side of the couch, which is shown in photo 11, it shows the armrest. The armrest and the seat show the most minor, unnoticeable, until close scrutiny you may note three areas with wear. It appears like a slightly lighter color. The couch was so clean that when we vacuumed, it appeared it was never used with only age related dust and no hair or crumbs. The cushions totally remove and the underneath of the cushions is immaculate. You will note it appears absolutely factory fresh. The leather shows no blemishes, issues, tears, odors, or any flaws. The material underneath the whole couch is beautiful. The wood trim and legs is lovely and without scratch or sign of wear.
