An antique French Rococo half recamier settee offers giltwood scroll and foliate form frame with reserve having Vernis Martin courting scene in countryside setting, carved cartouche over button back, raised on cabriole legs; original silk upholstery; 18th century. Overall very good antique condition with upholstery losses as photographed. Wear consistent with age and use. Measures – 34″h x 44″w x 24d.

This vintage set included the Sofa, Loveseat, Chair, 3 end tables and a coffee table. Please note, the upholstery does have some stains and there are some damaged areas. It will need to be cleaned, and either fixed, or re-upholstered. One of the legs on the chair is damaged and will need to be repaired. I would like to sell this as a whole set, but I will be willing to part out pieces, just message if interested. Coffee Table measures 53″x26″. End Tables Measure 26″x26″. This is a rare and stunning set. It needs to be reupholstered but a project well worth the effort. This has ornate carving throughout. With roses ram heads and doves! The frame is in good overall shape. There is a piece of carving broken off on the bottom of the side of the sofa please see the pictures.
