THE LOVE SEAT MEASURES 57 INCHES WIDE AND 42 INCHES HIGH TO THE TOP OF THE CENTER FINIAL. THERE ARE NO UPHOLSTERY TEARS OR STAINS BUT IT IS VERY DUSTY.
