Estate Liquidation, I offer a beautifully Hand carved cascading roses & leaf design on solid mahogany in a light fruitwood finish made in the United States by Carlton McLendon. 4 Piece Victorian Reproduction set Includes: 1 multiple carved Roses sofa measures 67″ width, 39″ height, 28″ Deep/seat measures 55″ 20″ depth 17″ floor to seat, 1 arm chair 26″ width, 45″ H, 29 1/2″ D, inside seat 20″ D 17″ W 17″ from floor to seat, Sofa and chair Is in a shield back, upholstered in a cream background with green leaves pale brown scrolls and petite pink roses. Has a sturdy solid mahogany frame, coil springs made in the USA. 1 oval coffee table has 2 roses and leaf carved on front and back of the rim with Italian white marble top with gray veins 33 1/2″ W 22″ D 17″ Height, 1 oval end table has 1 rose and leaf carved on one side of rim 22″W! 8″ D 23 3/4″ H with Italian white marble top with gray veins. The furniture was gently used and was in a formal living room. The only condition issues are some shredding on the arms on chair and sofa on back area and arms caused from a naughty designer Tuxedo Cat named BBC. Can place a crochet doily on arms and back rest if these areas are bothersome. No stains, chips, breaks or repair. Comes from a non smoking & perfume free household. Elegant Chaise Lounge Vintage French Louis XV, Beautiful Blue “Butterfly” Pattern. The chaise lounge features a unique engraved / carved woodwork frame with six support legs. The fine woodwork features a lightly “flyspecked” finish giving it a unique aged appearance. The upholstery is blue with a rare butterfly pattern in the fabric. It has been a decorative piece of furniture in our home with very little use over the years so it is still in excellent condition. There have been no repairs or modifications to this furniture and it has been inside an air conditioned / heated home since it was new.
