Union Bros Gold brocade buttoned Mid century Hollywood Regency sofa couch chair. We got this sofa chair set from the original owner who is 88 years old and said it was hardly ever used in a formal living room since the 1960′s. It was in one of the cleanest homes I’ve ever seen and there was hardly any sunlight coming in so there are no fading issues! This was made by Union Bros Baltimore which went out of business in 1972. The upholstery is spotless with no obvious signs of wear. Cushion foam still seems good, very firm. Measures 84″ long, 32″ deep, 31″ to the back, chair is 27″ across From a non-smoking home – no pets either – no odors. Curiosity Consignment: 7860 Beechcraft Ave, Gaithersburg MD 20879. THE FARMER’S WIFE Antique Chaise This is a lovely old Victorian White Wicker Chaise made by Heywood Bros, Wakefield, Mass. (See the old label in my photos). I found her at an estate in Buckhead, Georgia. She is very sturdy and displays well. White wicker with a quality woven seat. No breaks or repairs. I have used as a store display…. She is perfect for layering with pillows and linens. Also great for a wedding venue or photography prop. She is substantial, measuring 40 tall from the floor to the top of the back. Footboard to back is 70 long. 22″ wide (26″ widest measuring outside edges of the arms). 50 foot to foot underneath. Newnan – Peachtree City, Ga. She is stored safely inside a climate controlled building. Condition is antique, very good. Old white paint is a bit chippy but still very much intact. Please see the photos for the best description. Antique Arts & Crafts mission oak Quaint Stickley Bros. School settle features barley twist corner supports and legs with carved floral die joints, back and sides are open with caned panels. The seat is upholstered in a faux leather covering. Dimensions: 34 1/4″h to the top fo corners (19″h to seat) x 80 1/4″w to the ends of arms x 29 3/4″d. The seat is approx. Unmarked but attributed to. Condition: Very good used condition with normal wear and tear from use. Some of the caning is torn. A back leg has a solid re-glue repair and front leg has a crack. Neither effects the use of the piece. I have done my best to describe this sofa to the best of my ability. The Green Scene Antiques.
