Rare sectional couch and cushions and pillows. The middle angled section is around 61 long. The love seat sections are 41.75 long each. The single chair is 23.25 long. It measures around 118 wide with 3 main pieces not counting chair. They are all 31 tall by 29 deep. Comes with very heavy plaid cushions and matching pillows. Incredible Ranch Oak western style sofa attributed to A. This sofa is in wonderful vintage condition with the original wood finish and wildly floral upholstery. The upholstery fabric is in nice condition and could be used; however, the foam in the seat cushions is beginning to get a little hard on the top from age. Fortunately, the cushion covers have a zipper and the foam could be replaced. The back padding must be a different material as it has remained soft. All that being said, in my humble opinion, it needs to be reupholstered in a stunning new fabric. This sofa is a really interesting and incredible find! It is comprised of the dark Ranch Oak finish frame with bowtie shaped keyhole sides and wonderful tapered flat arms. Its original wildly floral fabric is either incredibly wonderful or perfectly ugly!!! Whether it is wonderful or ugly to you, it is in terrific condition and could be used. It has rusty orange or burnt orange flowers and olive-green leaves with the surprise of a turquoise or teal colored hydrangea blossom here and there. Although this sofa does not have the A. Brandt Ranch Oak tag, I have seen identical sofas and chairs with the A. Brandt tag, so our attribution is solid information. Brandt Company was established in 1900 but the Ranch Oak furniture debuted in Fort Worth, Texas in 1938 and continued until the mid-1980s. They were used in ranch homes, mountain homes, dude ranches, and basement rec rooms across the nation. This sofa with its extra high back and semi-attached buttoned back cushions is very comfortable and will be perfect in your western styled home or cabin or your industrial country loft. Mid Century Western A. Brandt Ranch Oak living room set. Consists of all original pieces. These were government contract pieces, and have government contract stamps on the bottom. The Set consist of 1 platform sofa, 1 platform love seat, 1 platform chair, 1 corner table, and 2 end tables. The corner table is solid wood, the end tables have laminated Formica type tops. The upholstery is original, but needs a good cleaning, or replacing. Made in Fort Worth Texas. All pieces are as found, original finish. Scrapes, scratches, dings, etc etc. You could use as is, or refinish. These have seen much use. Solid as a rock, but cosmetically it has seen a lot. This is what the price breaks down to individually, but I will not sell them individually, only as a set. All of our items are as you see them. All three pieces are Brandt ranch oak furniture. Two sofas/couches and one chair. The frames of the set are very solid and like new, just needs new fabric to match you style. All shows a hole which is acutally a knot hole on one of the arms. The one photo This is a very rare wood pattern and you will not lik. Ely find another set for sale like it. All sales are final. If you want more photos or info let me know. Great for cabins, rustic rooms, or porches. Redo cushions in the pattern you want and this set will last you a lifetime. Right on Dead lake.
