Good original vintage, upholstery has heavy age/use related wear/fading, needs cleaning, perfect to have reupholstered. 123in x 64in as L and 93in x 93in as corner. 3 straight sections, 2 corners and a ottoman are all about 33in wide x 33in deep x 25-27in tall seat height 17in. Corner 32in x 32in. Ottoman is on casters and sections have wood legs. This is a wonderful beautiful classic piece. It will work with almost any decor. Just simple and elegant. Custom made and very high quality. A new sectional of this quality would be well over 10k. The condition is extremely good. It definitely does not need to be reupholstered. The fabric looks great. There is hardly any wear. Nothing noticeable at all. With a light cleaning this fabric.
