The handmade frame was made of beech wood and was refinished with high quality gold leaf and the complete set was re-upholstered recently. It is a very sturdy set, suitable for every-day-usage. Purchasing the items separately is possible. I do have two additional chairs as well (sofa with 4 chairs in total). Sofa : 67 inch wide x 21.5 inch deep x 38.5 inch high from ground to top x 19 inch sitting height. Chair: 25 inch wide x 21 inch deep x. 40 inch high from ground to top x 21.5 inch sitting height. However, I do have plenty of other items that are in my warehouse in The Netherlands.
