I have a large collection of brook street pieces listed for sale, there are a pair of bookcases. Leather patina sideboard, side tables, centre tables and a pair of black leather chesterfield sofas, this sale is for the item mentioned above only, the other pieces are listed under my other items and not included in this sale. These sofas are the finest quality, they are upholstered with thick cattle cattle hide, the frames are American Mahogany, t. He bases are coil sprung, the coil springs are hand-tied eight times each, hessian padded supported and strapped, this is the traditional method of making quality sofa bases going back hundreds of years. You usually sit directly on a coil base because it’s so comfortable but in this instance, they have added a pair of overstuffed cushions for extra comfort. In terms of restoration, the pair have been lightly cleaned waxed and polished, they are in very good order, there are some light leather dents on the back but otherwise, they look sublime to me! Height:- 78cm, seat height 50.5cm. Depth:- 115.5cm. Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask. Very fine, high-end Renaissance Revival parlor set. This lovely, American three-piece parlor set, is walnut and burled walnut, with incised, gilded and ebonized decorations. Each piece of this set features the luxury detail of a round, hand-painted porcelain plaque with a bouquet of wildflowers as part of their center crests. The three frames are all original with no restorations, repairs or significant losses to the original finish. The two large armchairs and love seat are all comfortable and sturdy. This set is fresh from a fine Brooklyn brownstone and was recently upholstered by the last owners in fine fabric with costly details. Both the quality and condition of this Victorian suite of furniture make it a rare find. Sofa 65″ long x 32″ deep x 43″ tall, chairs 27 1/2″ wide x 27″ deep x 40″ tall. Original modular rwo seater sofa from Brown & Saltman, American brand antique classic with table top and two sets of zippered cushion covers (circa 1965 and 2010 respectively). Backs of seats can be removed, seating can be completely removed and cleaned and put together in multiple choice design! Coffee table top fits in any of three slots! Cushion covers show wear on zippers and some corners. Wood shows minimal age wear as well.

Awesome vintage blue, khaki, maroon, and black plaid Lawson style tight back sofa with square tapered black painted legs. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The legs have a fresh coat of black paint. There are a few rust-colored stains on the fabric of the seat cushions and the foam in the seats is a bit “crispy” in spots so eventually you may wish to reupholster and/or replace the foam. It has been priced accordingly. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Positively Pretty and Perfectly Plaid! This is a wonderful vintage Lawson style sofa wearing a previously reupholstered navy blue, khaki, maroon, & black plaid fabric. It stands upon six squared tapered wood legs which we have given a fresh coat of lovely black paint. It has a tight back and two loose T seat cushions. They are comprised of foam inserts, which have a bit of age and over time gotten a bit crispy. It also has a couple of rust-colored stains on the fabric of the seat cushions, (nowhere else) but eventually you may want to reupholster. Just a design hint from our owner who is a retired designer, we think it would look really fun to replace the foam and reupholster just the seat cushions in something like a brown leather or faux leather fabric and leave the rest of the sofa plaid. Ralph Lauren style! But whatever fabric, when or if you choose to do so, it will be an easy process as the cushions are zippered. This Lawson style sofa is going to be gorgeous in your traditional or modern country style living room, your mid-century modern family room, or flanking the fireplace in your study or den. It is versatile enough to blend in beautifully no matter your décor style. This plaid Lawson style sofa is too magnificent to let get away from you! Height – 30 Inches. Width – 85 Inches.
