The Sofa Measures 89.0″ long by 36″ deep at curve of armrest on each side and get less deep to 33.0″ and seat depth is 26.0″ deep with a seat height of 19.0″ The total height is 48.0″ tall at cent backrest. Each Armrest chair measures 39.0″ wide by 31.0″ deep with a height at center backrest of 48.0 tall. A work of art in wood + Museum Quality Wood carvings! Condition report: Being offered with the understanding that this is a vintage set that may show signs of age and wear: The Matching sofa and two arm chairs are solid + Strong + Sturdy and Cushion are in Good condition + sofa and arm chairs were used in quest room / mother in law suite in which there was occasional smoking and slight smell of smoke + Ornate Fabric may need cleaning and wood carvings polishing + May have scuff and polish marks on life side of carving hairline through carving (please see photos) One Arm Chair has a cigarette hole on side of arm rest and a blue ink stain under seat cushion.
