Mid century modern sofa couch

Mid century modern sofa couch. Used for 7+ years in a smoke and pet free home and in great shape. Slight fading on back from sun (see picture) but no rips, stains, tears, or smells. Couch is in two pieces that snap together but could be used as two pieces of furniture if you unhook them and remove coupling hardware. 40″ wide / 60″ deep. Love seat dimensions: 62″ wide / 36″ deep. The sofa is very uncomfortable so more for decoration or entertaining those guests you don’t want to stay long. Condition: Good with some age wear and upholstery fading. Height 34 5/8 Inches 88.0 cm. An art deco 3 piece wicker set consisting of a sofa with rocker and chair. ” Sofa Measurements: Width: 70″ Depth: 30″ Height (at back center): 33-1/2″ Seat Height (from floor): 17″ Seat Depth: 20″ Rocker Measurements: Width: 28″ Depth: 27″ Height (at back center): 32″ Seat Height (from floor): 17″ Seat: 20″ x 20″ Chair Measurements: Width: 27-1/2″ Depth: 27″ Height (at back center): 33″ Seat Height (from floor): 17″ Seat: 20″ x 20″ All pieces retain their original finish which, considering age is very good. It shows minor wear with two tiny flaws in the skirt of the sofa on the left side (see pictures below) otherwise the wicker is nearly perfect. The upholstery shows some wear to the piping and some fading but no holes or tears. Set is as durable as the day it was made. A very nice rare set in very good condition.
