Vintage Le Corbusier LC4 Lounge Chair, circa early 1980s. The piece is in very fine condition commensurate with age. Designed in 1928 by Le Corbusier and produced by famous Italian maker Cassina, this piece was made in the early 1980s. The headrest is black leather. The frame is marked “Cassina” and “#30606″. Full disclosure: There were 2 tears in the pony skin pad which have been professionally repaired and are virtually invisible. Beware imitations on the net – there are many inexpensive knock offs of this iconic design – this example is the real thing. A rare and beautiful addition to any decor.
