Offered for your review and consideration is a Old Hickory chaise lounge. It is signed with an oval brass tag that states the manufacturing location as Shelbyville, Indiana [see last image in photo array]. This dates the chaise to 1983 or later. This form, whether from an earlier period or more recent vintage, is still a rare piece of Old Hickory. It is both a useful and stylish piece of Old Hickory! The overall length is 76″ with an overall width of 27″ and seat width of 23 1/2. The overall condition is excellent with minor wear and age spots to the very tight rattan weave [see close-up image]. The underside has about 7 screws that have been counter-sunk to various joists [see example photo] and the bar used to adjust the angle of the back is a replacement.
