Details: Early 20th century American Empire burlwood convertible sofa daybed with black and gold ormolu adornments. The back and the interior have been upholstered in a grey fabric with thin white stripes, as well as the single down filled seat cushion, the three down back cushions and the two bolster pillows (not down)-all with a 3/4 flange trim (all have zippers for easy removal and cleaning). A wonderful piece to add extra sleeping accommodations to a traditional home! Dimensions: 75.25″w x 28.5″d x 40″h Seat=59″w x 16″d x 22″h Arm=33h (200 lbs). The back of the sofa has latches that let the back down flat to convert this piece into a daybed, however, it currently has more securely fastened supports that would need to be removed if a daybed is desired. The frame of the piece has some nicks, two sides of the back right foot are missing and the fabric could use cleaning (see detailed photos)- we recommend reupholstering in a more style appropriate textile.
