They were refinished and reupholstered many years ago. They look good but the seats do have a few stains and/or worn spots. They are NOT wobbly and the seats are firm. Loveseat is 39″ tall x 48 1/2″ wide x apx 26 deep, the top of the seat is about 17-18 high. The rocking chair is 37″ tall x 24″ wide x 32″ deep at the rockers, the top of the seat is about 17-18″ high. A couple legs on the loveseat have been dog chewed.
