Mid Century Retro Danish Tan Leather 3 Seat Mogensen Style Sofa by Vemb 1970s

Designer: Danish Design, in the manner of Borge Mogensen. Material: Leather upholstery with Beech wood frame. Maximum Dimensions: Width 192cm, Depth 80cm, Height 71cm, Seat Height 42cm and Seat Depth 46cm. Condition: Excellent with only small signs of age, mainly in the form of slight colour variations to the Leather, however this has created a beautiful aged patina which cant be replicated. Description: A very stylish Danish 1970s three seat sofa, designed and manufactured by. In the iconic Borge Mogensen style. Please note we have an identical matching 2 seat sofa to accompany this one, which can be found in a separate listing. The piece features eight removable cushions, all of which are fibre filled giving them a squashy feel. The profile of the sofa, particularly the sloping arms, are reminiscent of the original Mogensen design. The sofa is then raised on four stained Beech block feet to each corner. All items are for sale elsewhere, so may be removed at any time. Viewing is welcome by appointment at our Nottinghamshire Showroom. This stunning luxurious and exceptionally comfortable red velvet upholstered Signature Scroll Arm Chaise lounge with over stuffed feather filled cushion. A very good looking well made and comfortable chaise, the upholstery is very sophisticated and looks expensive and elegant in any setting, the frame is a mixture of oak and beech wood, the legs are beautifully turned and finished with brass castors. Condition wise, the whole piece looks pretty much perfect, I found one small mark on the underside of the cushion, otherwise it doesnt really look like its ever been use. The velvet has that wonderful effect of stroking it one way and its lighter or the other and its slightly darker. Height:- 86.5cm. Seat height:- 61cm.
