This oversized chaise lounge was a very popular design of the Ficks Reed Company. The dimensions of this item are 42″ W (at arms) x 72″ Long x 32 H. The seat width is 37″ and the seat depth is 48″. The frame color is gray and is in solid condiiton – has leather bindings. The upholstery is in the original fabric and has been in my home (smoke-free) for many years. While the fabric is still in decent condition, it could use a professional cleaning. There are some nicks but nothing severe – finish is in good shape. The “seat frame” that supports the seat cushion is also upholstered in the same fabric. The presence of this chaise lounge in a room adds a very stylish and elegant look. Thanks for your interest!
