We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful solid mahogany Victorian rose carved sofa that dates from the civil war era of 1870s to 1880s. I dont like to use the word immaculate, but it is in as nice of condition as I have ever seen. It has a beautiful antique peach color fabric that is buttoned and pleated and in nice condition. The frame is in a brown walnut color. Sometimes it is hard to tell if it is black walnut or brown mahogany, but it is certainly all there with no breaks or damages that I can see. The overall size is 64 inches wide, 21 inches deep, 44 inches high to the carved crest, 24 inches high to the arm and 18 inches high to the seat.
