Mid Century Modern L-Shaped (60′s) Tweed Upholstered Sofa Set (2 Pieces) W/The Beautiful Colors of Autumn. This Mid Century 2-pc. If you are into Mid Century Furniture than this is for You! We are downsizing, so grab this while you can. This MCM Sofa Set is in Good Used Condition for its age and use. Does show some signs of wear commensurate of use and age… Some wear on the black base and some wear on the lighter wood above the black base as shown… The black base can easily be touched up and repainted. The signs of wear due to use and age on the lighter brown wood above the black base(see pictures of the back) can probably be spruced up w/ some Old English Furniture Polish and/or Stain of some kind. The Tweed Upholstery and pillows are in Good Condition for its age and use; Tweed Upholstery is in Good Condition… Looks Really Nice and Does not need to be reupholstered. There are No holes, rips, or tears in the Tweed Upholstery, Seat Cushions and/or Pillows. The Liner underneath the seat cushions did separate in one spot on each sofa at the seam at the front where it connects to the tweed upholstery- (shown in last 2 pictures); This does not affect its usability and can easily be restitched if you have the desire to do so. Not noticeable of course with the seat cushions in place. There are weight support straps under the liner. Overall, This Mid Century Modern Sofa Set in in Good Condition considering its age and use, This MCM Set Looks Really Nice as pictured. In My Opinion only, the few signs of wear due to use and age (as shown) adds to the Character to this Vintage Mid Century Modern Sofa Set. This MCM Sofa Set is fully Functional As Is… Set is Comfortable (at least this is what my neighbors and I think). Easily sits 5/6 people. I Love the Colors in the Tweed Upholstery and in the Pillows on this Sofa Set; The Colors do remind me of the Beautiful Colors of Autumn. All I know is that compared to some other mid century, Adrian Pearsall sofa sets that I have seen (one currently listed)… This one looks very similar to some of the other’s that I have seen listed on here. Measured when both pieces were in place in the 10th picture. Measures 82 1/4 L from the end to the end of the corner (against the wall). The other piece measures 108 (9′) L from one end at the back to the other. Measures 28″ H x 32″ D. Please Note The Pictures are the most important part of the description… Please look them over and judge the condition for yourselves, and please read the condition description above. Please note: those circles that you see on the back on one of the sofa’s aren’t really there… Somehow my camera and the lighting did this. Please Remember- this is a vintage, used Mid-Century L-Shaped Sofa Set.
