Three-seat sofa designed by Borge Jensen and Sonner for Bernstorffsminde Mobelfabrik c1950-60′s. Solid teak frame features a unique slatted back and armrest flare detail, with newly upholstered cushions in a charcoal gray textured chenille. In excellent vintage condition. Frame is all original with minimal wear from age and use, structurally solid and sturdy. Cushion fabric and foam are new/unused. Estimates: East coast 1-2 weeks, West coast 2-4 weeks. Very rare for its size – 90″ -yes itnis 90- the normal size on this kind is 80 or 60″ long This sleek, beautiful rosewood credenza – Designed by Sven Aage Larsen & Kofod Larsen for Faarup Furniture of Denmark circa 1960 Excellence vintage condition. Very minor/tiny chip and scratches on the edge- both doors working perfectly- although the top rail of the right door have some lost wood- due to the 50 year sliding -: –look closely on the last picture on the top right door- other than that – it’s an awesome piece Finish back.
