The fabric is actually very clean but there is a small tear in one of the arms. The walnut carved legs and the rest of the couch is immaculate. We are aware that this is a very rare sofa not many designed for Rapids furniture and probably not many that havent been thrown away. Now a sofa like this will take our upholstery guy about a week. Now it is very important that I mention that The upholstery price does not include the fabric.
