I have for sale 3 antique Empire pieces of furniture, there is a love seat, chair and rocker. These have been reupholstered bu my father app. 20 years ago and have been in our home ever since, but have not ever been set on, just covered with a sheet. The wood I think is still in its original cond. Very nice, no rot, all 3 pieces seem to be very sturdy. The love seat measures 55″ x 37″ high at the back and 23″ is the seat, the chair and rocker are 29″ wide and 23″ is the seat, 37 ” tall to the back of each of them. The blue material is very vivid in color, no rips or tears. These 3 pieces are very nice cond. This is a local pick-up only, located in S.

We are pleased to be offering today this French carved Victorian style sofa that is very comfortable and dates from the 1940s era. It is in beautiful condition. It has buttoned and pleated upholstery. It is in a cranberry/wine fabric and a down filled cushion that you can just sink into for comfort, and it is encased in a brown walnut frame. The overall size is 85 inches wide across the two wings, 64 inches wide on the cushion, 24 inches deep on the cushion, 22 inches high to the cushion, 25 inches high to the arm, 36 inches high to the lower back and 39 inches high on the higher part of the back. This gives you the looks of a Victorian sofa that has been modernized for comfort. The frame is lovely with four pad foot legs and carvings around.

Gorgeous vintage Mid-Century Modern sofa recently obtained from the estate of the original owner. All original upholstery and obviously very well cared for. It has 2 removable seat cushions, each measuring 29″ x 21″ x 4. No tears or repairs. Some light stains on the cloth cover under the seat cushions. W 33 (overall depth).
